Having trouble getting WS-FTP v9 upgrade installed. OS: WinXp
I purchased (on-line) the upgrade from v7 to v9. Downloaded it twice (same number of bytes for each download). When I execute the install app, Windows Taskmgr shows 2 processes starting up, each with the Image Name of "WSFTP_ProECP_Install.exe". These process only run for ~10 seconds then quit (disappear) with no message of any kind except for 2 "splash" screens (which also disappear). I have attempted this several times before and after re-booting, with and without other programs running, with and without anti-virus and firewall enabled without success.
