You got that right J.
I have written, I have tried, I have threatened, and still we are on this list
and even if it stops for a month or so, it starts right back up again untill
you get sick of looking at it
I have NEVER used their product, and STILL am on this list
so Jen, not only were you rude, you also dont have a lick of control over the
use of this spam
and your answer to *why people would be upset because they subscribed to a list
of people that want to help eachother- - - -well, help me get off this LIST

Oh it gets worse. Some of us did not volunteer/subscribe: it seems several of
use were subscribed to the list without our having requested it. I unsubscribed
in November 2007, but got resubscribed automatically - just for being a past
subscriber, I guess. Lucky me.

It's like Hotel California: you can check out but you can never leave!

    Drew, and all,

Sorry, woke up on the wrong side of the keyboard, my verbiage was indeed
rude. - I did not know that people had a problem un-subscribing, and was a tad
annoyed myself at someone complaining about a system of mutual support they
volunteered to participate in.

I though it was very rude. I was just about to respond if no one else did.

    Jen,

We don't expect you to stop helping each other just because we want to
unsubscribe.

    Hi Robert,

You must unsubscribe yourself. You are a sr. programmer I'm sure you can
figure it out! Seriously we have no way to manage this forum it is up to the
user who subscribed to un-subscribe. You cannot expect us to stop helping each
other because you cannot be bothered. Have you considered an outlook rule to
direct these pesky e-mails to your trash?

A favor please .... just today I am getting all of the emails for this
forum. I know you guys are not the list managers but I want to unsubscribe and
hope you can pass on my request.

Using this sending email address, and requesting a pwd reminder, the
listserv is saying that it does not recognize the email address and thus is not
handing me anything that I can use to get logged in to unsubscribe. Catch 22!

I know I run the risk of multiplying the amount of mail just by sending
this, but I'll take that chance and hope my request can be sent to the list or
forum admin.

    Folks,

We can use the scripting command 'AUTH SSL User 1' for connecting to ftps
servers running from ftpscrpt.exe. Unfortunately this cannot be used for
connecting to sftp. I have not been able to discover a script command for
using SSH; does anyone know how to do this?
