Hey Taco In some browsers, yes. For example on a hand held the font size will probably be quite a bit smaller than on a normal desktop.
But in terms of the common desktop browsers its ok, there are problems with how %'s cascade in some cases but you can usually fix this up with a bit of tweaking. In general we manage to get a pretty good level of accuracy across the browsers we test in. However it does take more time than using pixel's to get it right.
