Well, It's not just the hide-style... Opera7.23/Win2000 gets no design as well. After a quick view-scource I found that he doesn't link the stylesheet properly. I think the decision is made by server-side browser-detection.
Opera seems to ignore the rel="NoIE stylesheet"-link and I can understand why. Doesn't the standard say: "stylesheet" or "alternate stylesheet"? I have never before heard of a "NoIE stylesheet"-relation. Unclean coding, I'd say.
