That's correct.

The old Safari doesn't work because the rendering engine is actually embedded as a framework in the OS (so it can be used in other applications). OmniWeb embeds its own version, however, so they can do some of their advanced features. Note also that OmniWeb 5.1 (or whatever it ends up being) will use the latest version of WebCore.
