or in this case forgot to open a tag. if it was me, I would replace: <p><span class="bold">Email</span></p> with <fieldset><legend>Email</legend> and put the closing </fieldset> after the closing </form> and blame Cameron Adams aka the man in blue http://themaninblue.com/writing/perspective/2004/03/24/ for my thing with <fieldset> & <legend> a couple of HTML 4 tags.
