Not easily.  However, you can link to these (with or without the
images on the pages):

http://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG1AA-Conformance

http://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG1A-Conformance

Since they are claims of conformance (not backed by any specific
entity other than you), this is the prefered method.  Automatic
validators such as Bobby or Cynthia can be misleading, partiularly
with Triple-A conformance (enforeses such things as tabindex="" as
mandatory, etc, which is a matter or interpetation)
