If they aren't using a browser with zoom or minimum font size they know how to use, they have to be able to: 1-see it; 2-understand what to do with it; 3- be willing to use it. Just because you can see it and understand what to do with it doesn't mean they are both able and willing. If I had to use IE, I'd just leave.
