And you know what? Google doesn't do a damn thing about it. They're far too concerned with AdWords and AdSense. Hot markets are awash with spammed keyphrases and whole swathes of junk keyword-littered text. Which suggests either they don't or can't factor CSS into the spam algos or they simply aren't bothered.
