I know this was awhile ago, but in case it hasn't been covered, you are unlikely to be able to sue as the Australian accessibility regulations come from the Disability Discrimination Act - they are discriminating against people using particular software, but not people because they have a disability.
But you should definitely let them know. Let us know how it goes.
