Thank you for all the feed back on LCD Monitors vs traditional monitors.  I will look at all the suggestions.

Also if you own Photoshop it does have an adjustement tool that provides some color calibration
for your system. I've heard some great things about the external 'spider' calibration tools from
the designers at work.
