[WSG] Help Me Switch From Tables to CSS Divs

I know so many people have asked for this and at one point i left the emails on the topic in my inbox but then i deleted them. I need to know how to switch from tables to divs. I have a 2 column table and want to switch it into css using divs. I know it has to do with the float tag in css but i tired and didn't get it to work.

Please help.
