I'd agree with this statement, however, in terms of structuring your
content in a form that is reusable, it may be a wise idea to develop
your own XML schema and structure the content in this, and then use
either client- or server-side XSL.  This way, even if it's not
semantically ideal now, the possibility of altering the markup to a more
appealing form when technology supports this becomes a (relatively)
trivial task.
