While it is valid, applying innapproriate properties to elements is habit worth avoiding :)
Eh, yes, this was just a quick example I noticed when "gluing together" two definitions, so I was just curious - I've never thought about a similar issue. So I've already split that, but I was pretty interested in it - how it would behave, how kosher it is etc.
