I would say that the page content is database fed. The selection of the tab simply determines what data is selected from the database for display. While the pages are _individual_ in as far as they have separate URI's, they are all a template, and the template content is derived from the querystring passed through the URL. In this case the URL is rewritten to make it more readable, but behind the scenes it is still in the format of ?a=1&b=2.
