Hello All - While I know that one should use improve accessibility of form eloements, it is also a common (best practice) to use a title attribute inside a link anchor like this:
<a href="home.htm" title="Navigate Back to the Home Page">home</a> If there's a better way, or if I'm completely incorrect regarding making my links more accessible, I'd greatly appreciate guidance.
