They should still be there, but on
http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/ . That is
currently redirecting to
http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/ which I think
is broken behavior.
ftp://archive.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases works.
