JC,

You are saying W3C is wrong on the techniques for WCAG 2.0 for group radio 
buttons? Did you read the link I provided in regard to this specific example 
with group radio button and can you provide more authoritative 
article/guideline than the common knowledge of how a label and input attributes 
be written? I am not questioning your knowledge on markup/accessibilty (my 
first thought exactly the same as you that  Total Validator got it wrong when I 
saw the flag), but to convince me to listen to you than folllowing the W3C's 
example, you need to present something more concrete that can prove that the 
example showed in that W3C page is mis-guiding.

For all input elements of type checkbox or radio in the Web page::
Check that there is a label element that identifies the purpose of the control 
after the input element
