Hi Lesley,

Thanks for the suggestion! I didn't think of it; it does provide a more 
comprehensive meaning for mobile user than "skip to section". For desktop user 
where the sidebar section is presented next to the main content,  "More 
Options" however doesn't mean much and maybe confusing too.
