While a TCP Tunnel application showed that there was a <soapenv:Fault> tag in the response message, log statements show all parts of the WSIF fault instance to be empty so that the actual error in the soapenv:Fault tag is lost. I've attached a bit of relevant code, part of the log file, and the SOAP message in question.
