Here with Firefox 30.0 on Linux and the WSJT-X user guide generated from r4186 I see pretty normal font sizes giving about 60 lines per page on A4 portrait page setup. The Firefox print setup does have an option to change the overall size in % terms which scales the fonts proportionally, the default is "Srink to Fit" and looks OK to me.
