Most of the work required to build on Windows is setting up the right
tools, frameworks and, libraries. TBH it is a PITA. I can cobble
together instructions if you wish but it is much easier for me to do a
build and send the package to you.
So do you want a build because you are interested in developing and
contributing some changes or do you just need the latest build for testing?
Also most of the outstanding changes since the build I sent you for
testing are in the Hamlib library rather than WSJT-X and I haven't
checked them into any public repo just yet.
