For logging pedantics could we get WSJT-X to log both time_on and time_off
in the ADIF file? It's only doing time_on right now and it uses the logging
window to determine that time.
Time_on could be determined by TX-1 or TX-2 messages being sent or
double-click on CQ and time_off by the logging window time. If no time_on
exists then just compute time-off - 5 minutes for a CWAG.
JT-Alert is now figuring out its own "real" start time based on call sign
change and I figured we may as well provide more accurate times to work with
to satisfy the pedantics (to invent a noun form of an adjective here)
