Hi John,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. I'm copying this message to the WSJT
Development Group and WSJT Yahoo! reflector so that others may be able to
email you directly if any of the symptoms you've mentioned are ones they
suffer from or have had happen to them in the past (as an aside, I'd join
those reflectors for better insight and message tracking). As I understand
it, WSJT-X is working well with the TS-2000, which is what K1JT himself
uses. Believe me, he wouldn't ship out a buggy piece of software if he
couldn't make it work with his own station! Maybe the bottleneck here isn't
the software, but your radio interface? Could you explain your setup to me?

Additionally, I wouldn't dream of telling you that there wasn't a problem.
I'm sure that there is; I'm just not sure where it is in your station. Can
you give me a better idea about the computer you are using? It sounds like
something is wrong with either your system NTP settings or your timing
software isn't configured properly. If you are using Windows (what
version?), are you using Meinburg NTP or Dimension 4? If you are using one,
try the other (or if you've tried both, uninstall them and re-install one
and see what happens). If you are using OS X 10.9, there can be problems if
you didn't do a clean install instead of an upgrade of your system
software. I don't believe I've heard of anyone having any trouble with
timing issues using open source software (Ubuntu, Mint, Redhat, etc.), but
it's entirely possible.

Maybe someone from the lists will chime in, too, with some help for you.
Again, certainly sorry to hear you are having trouble. Let me know if
anything develops and I'll try and help further. Nothing more frustrating
than having your free time spent chasing your tail!

73,
Chase
