FOLLOW-UP: Tested combo JTAlertX / WSTJ-X using numerous permutations. Error continues to occur. Error appears to be WSTJ-X trying to write to file decoded.txt while JTAlertX has the file open to read. There has been a coding change in the updated JTAlertX program concerning the timing of that read function, I believe.
