"New DXCC" and "Worked B4" are intended mainly for non-Windows systems, 
since JT-Alert already provides those features and more for Windows 
users.  That said, it should work correctly in Windows.  Perhaps Murray, 
VK3ACF, has a comment?

Please check "Save All" and if you observe garbled decodes again, send 
me the relevant *.wav file.
