The call sign R111RR is outside of the possible call sign formats that
can be encoded into JT65/JT9 standard massage formats. The consequence
of this is that only free text messages can be formed with that call
sign. The length of a free text message is restricted to 13 characters
including spaces.
It may be possible to have a QSO using this call but both parties must
be aware of the limitations and complete the QSO with mostly free text
messages, something like:
CQ R111RR
DE G4WJS IO91
G4WJS -10
DE G4WJS R-11
G4WJS RRR
R111RR TU 73
DE R111RR 73
a similar sequence may be formed for a QSO in the reverse direction.
