Apparently you mean automatically selecting TxMode=JT65 if you click on 
the waterfall below the blue marker and TxMode=JT9 if you click above. 
For a number of reasons I think this would not a good idea.

One simple reason: Often when working someone in JT9 I may want to click 
on a JT65 signal to see who it is.  Just "listening in", so to speak.  I 
definitely don't want my Tx frequency or Tx mode to change.

JT65 signals above the blue marker are decoded automatically, anyway. 
If I decide i want to work one of them, I do s CTRL+double-click on it. 
  The double-click decodes the signal again, and puts the result in the 
right-hand text window.  The fact that the decoded signal is a JT65 
signal changes my TxMode to JT65.  And having held CTRL down forces the 
Tx frequency to be set to that of the signal.
