I did use JTSDK 2.0 (in widnows) to attempt this, but the compile/build
stalled at some stage (towards the end of the process AFAICT) and the result
was unusable. Where would one go for support for this if I try again in the
future? I am reluctant to fill up a high-level dev group with noob compiling
issues, as the 'noise' may not be appreciated by the vast majority of users.

Should I try again, which would be easier/more reliable to compile a windows
install package, Windows itself or Linux (I am happy to use either).

Thanks
