I cannot reproduce this problem in a properly configured system.
Program restart works just as it should.
You received this message: "Error opening azel.dat". This means that
the program could not open this file in the location you have specified
for it. That location is specified in entry field "AzElDir:" on the
"Setup | Options" screen. Probably you have specified a directory that
does not exist, or in which you do not have write permission.
