Hi Bill, Joe,

I'm doing repeated comparisons between kvasd and sfrsd using a batch of 213
.wav files. I rename my decoder to kvasd and use JT-65 to decode all files in
the directory and then compare the resulting ALL.TXT file with a reference
ALL.TXT file produced using the real kvasd decoder. Every once in a while, a
run will produce an ALL.TXT file with different order for almost every group of
spots. The groups of spots from individual .wav files are always in consecutive
order, but the group of spots produced by a particular .wav file can come out
in, it seems, arbitrary order. Do you know why this happens? Is there an easy
way to (for development purposes) force the spots to come out in order of
increasing frequency offset? As you know, it’s much easier to count the uniques
on each side if the differences are limited to only insertions or deletions…
