I had a similar error...with no line# either.  I believe it was due to a
JT9 decode but I wasn't saving the decoded wav files.   I turned on save to
see if I can get a repeat.  I think
Why don't you turn that on too an perhaps one of us can catch a wav file
that causes an error like this.
