I guess I need to remind you that useful bug reports should include
these items:
1. Program name, version, SVN revision number, and operating system.
2. If relevant: did you build it yourself?
3. Nature of the problem.
4. A minimum set of steps that will reproduce the problem.
I have not been able to reproduce the behavior you describe. A quick
test here shows no examples of repeated JT9 decodes in WSJT-X v1.6.1 r6010.
