Minor build script update.
*CHANGE-LOG*
- do not remove C:\JTSDK\wsjtx\userguide\build directory each cycle
- enable user guide build for wsjtx_exp
- disable downloading the KVASD binary for wsjtx_exp
- updated help build screens
*TO-UPGRADE*
- Close JTSDK-{QT, PY} if open
- Open JTSDK-Maint and type:
update
upgrade
*TO-TEST*
- Remove C:\JTSDK\wsjtx\userguide\build directory if present
- Open JTSDK-QT
- Type: build-wsjtx doc
- The script should run configure first, then build the user guide
- Re-Run: build-wsjtx doc
- This time, only the user guide should be built
- The same process can be repeated for wsjtxexp if desired
If you have any problems with the update or something isn't working as
expected, post it to the list.
