Hi Sorry for this very unprecise report. I will try to find out more, but maybe it can ring a bell regarding changes between 1.5 and 1.6.
It has happened me twice: after some time operating, maybe a band change or two, I got a rig control error. I told it to retry, not paying much attention to it because serial drivers can be flaky sometimes. What I noticed (thanks to keeping a receiver tuned to the frequency in order to hear my own signal) was that after it happened I couldn't transmit messages anymore. When I used the "Enable TX" control it just transmits a pure signal as if I had pressed "Tune" instead. I can try to reproduce it and maybe get a core dump? I am not familiar at all with the codebase yet, though. My system is Mac OS X 10.11.2, WSJT-X is the released 1.6.0 version, and my rig is an Icom IC-7200 using the built in audio interface (using USB both for CAT and audio). It has happened to me operating on HF, using JT65 and JT9. Maybe everytime it happened I was on JT65+JT9 and I answered a JT9 call. Anyway I will try to gather more data, I am just wondering wether this can ring a bell or two. 73, Borja / EA2EKH ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ wsjt-devel mailing list wsjt-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/wsjt-devel
