'svn sw' may be the answer to several problems I wanted to resolve e.g.
multiple ^/src/wsjtx* checkouts. Assuming this only applies to "local"
checkouts, that would allow me have (1) ^/src/wsjtx, then one Debug and
Release Build Tree then output the installs based on WSJT-X version data.

I need to play with that some to ensure I don't do anything stupid.
