Adding some metadata to our .wav files has long been on my "to do" list,
so I'm happy you've given it some thought (and action).
I would add operating frequency -- dial frequency, I guess -- as another
important item to record. Possibly also "HisCall" and "HisGrid", if
these are defined. These things could be added to your suggested ICMT
"comment"; or I suppose we could define our own additional tags, if needed.
