Testing new JTAlert code on Linux (Ubuntu).

The UDP Schema negotiation throws an Network Error dialog (Unrecognised
message schema) to the Linux user when JTAlert sends a Schema 3 in the
Replay packet. I would have expected that the WSJT-X client would send
back a schema of 2 indicating that is the max level it supports and
JTAlert would adjust to that level. Isn't that the purpose of the
negotiation?

What is the purpose of the Error dialog that the end user has to Cancel
or is it debugging code that slipped into the release?
