As stated in the Release Notes, QRA64 is designed primarily for EME. 
EME users of JT65 are familiar with its single-decode behavior and with 
its "red curve" that indicates proper signal synchronization.

The red Tx marker shows the range of Tx audio frequencies that will be 
transmitted.  The green Rx marker shows your selected Rx audio frequency 
and the "F Tol" range.
