What happens if you do and update from the src\wsjtx yourself?
Just do "svn update" in there and see what the error is.
Also so "svn info" and ensure the right urls are there.

Recently (last week or so) I have been getting the following error when
attemptingto "build-wsjtx package" on Windows 10.

build-wsjtx was unable to update [ wsjtx ] Sourceforge. The service may be
down or undergoing maintenance. Check the following link for current site

If your sure the entry is correct and you suspect a problem with the build
script, contact the wsjt-devel list for assistance.
I have tried the basic "upgrade" and *update" JTSDK maintenance options, as
well as reinstalling the JTSDK from sourceforge. Response stays the same. The
sourceforge site status is not showing any problems.
Any hints for resolving this?
