Hi Keith,

I have WSJT-X v1.7.0 r7405 on macOS Sierra 10.12.2 (current release, not the .3 
Beta), with CAT control, connected via USB (/dev/cu.SLAB_USBtoUART), and all is 
working fine, both for audio TX/RX and CAT control.
