Hi Pino,

what version of WSJT-X are you using?

The WSJT-X "Settings->Radio->Mode" options determine if WSJT-X controls 
the mode of your rig and whether USB or USB-DATA mode is used.

With Icom rigs you must disable "CI-V Transceive Mode" in the rig's 
menu, this option which is on by default causes unsolicited CAT traffic 
that can give unexpected and undesirable behaviour.

You should also do a basic RFI check by doing a test transmission into a 
dummy load or at least on minimum power on the rig. There have been a 
few reports of what appears to be RFI issues with the USB interface on 
the IC-7300.
