Thanks for those links Mike. That helped
I got 1.7 TX & RX with power out now. It was a setting in the Rig.
Now I'm having trouble with power out in FlDigi because I changed a setting in
the rig.
I bet when I go back to windows Ill have to change the rig.

1.1? That would be a really old version. The 7300 wasn't in that version.
Can't you compile a more recent version?

I have similar problems
I cant get WSJT-X v 1.1, r3496 to work using rig control while on Linux Mint
18.1 64 bit 'Serena' & cant get any audio to the programs from the USB Codec. I
get "Failed to start audio input stream. " & "PortAudio says requested sound
card format not supported. I am using Timewave Navigator. I don't see Icom 7300
in the drop down list for rig control. I am not real familiar with Linux Mint
yet.
I have FlDigi working fine on Linux
Now on Windows some reason WSJT-X loses audio to TX some times but not often. I
have to close the program & re-open it to get audio back.
Help would be appreciated.

Found the solution into the WSJT-X configuration....now it is stable in
USB-D.

The problem is present also in RX only, without TXing.
...after few minutes of operation the PC loses the control of the radio
and opens a window to ask for retry or leave.
...also the audio gets lost and I have to restart WSJT-x to get the
control again.
