Since I'm continuing development this is my cumulative patch now.
New peak signal meter to replace RMS meter. RMS value is now in status bar.
Tooltip updated.Peak signal meter shows when clipping occurs. Based on my
testing recommending 50-60dB on peak meter...subject to change.Slider bar now
controls only the waterfall windows (which is what it always did) but not the
meter at all...tooltip updatedFix 60M JT9 offsetUpdate TIME_ON method to use
transmit messages and adds widget on status bar to allow TIME_ON settingUpdated
docs for new meterAdd pass# to ALL.TXT for analysis purposes.WSJT-X can now
write to one log file including as a symlink or hard link. Other instances of
WSJT-X will update based on an updated file for B4 status...not for countries
though yet.

I didn't create new images for the docs...had problems last time I tried that
so better left for whomever has been creating them I think.
