Joe, I tried again and it seemed to work ok. I had my cursor on 1000 hz and 
N8JX called at 2000 hz and I decoded ok. False alarm I think. There might have 
been some meteor doppler or multipath playing when I tried the first time.

That should not be true.  It's *definitely* not true for me.

Did you save some *.wav files to experiment with?  If not, try the one attached 
to this email.  See the attached screen shot for decoding results.
