Bill G4WJS had given a warning on June 9 to "Beware if building from development sources" with revisions later than r7703, due to some transmission modulation issues.

Given the recommendations for us to try JT8 and the great enthusiasm being shown for it by users now running r7750 or later, is it safe to assume that that warning has been lifted?

I looked for an email rescinding the warning but couldn't find one.

Or is the current recommendation that we run r7750 or later version for JT8 BUT r7703 or earlier for other modes?

Hi Roger,

Steve, K9AN, fixed an issue with MSK144 modulation at r7732 (https://sourceforge.net/p/wsjt/wsjt/7732/) which fixed the outstanding problem as far as I know.
