Doug - change to the latest build (7782 I think) as somewhere between your 7752
and 7782 that decoding problem on strong signals became not so prevalent.

Ok, joined the list.
I downloaded and installed WSJT-X v1.7.1-devel r7752, running on Windows 7
64bit. Having fun with JT8 on 14.079, but have noticed a tendency to not
decode strong signals. Tried turning rx gain down, but does not seem to help.
Loosing QSO's due to this. Other than that, great mode. Like the 15 sec
cycle and auto Generate std msgs.
