1. when changing from FT8 (or other mode) to QRA64, Enable AP for DX call is
greyed out, until restart wsjtx2. when changing from FT8 (or other mode) to
ISCAT, click decode not working, until restart wsjtx3. when changing to QRA64,
or restarting with QRA64, green Ftol bar on Wide Graph drawn with 500Hz
