Implements single-click on decoded text. Removes double-click tx enable config
item.Double-click behaves as before but always enables transmit. Single click
does all but enable transmit. All control keys remain identical.

This seems a very intuitive way to operate. Single click sets you up and
double-click starts the transmit. Works well for split ops too where you can
click on the next QSO to work without interrupting anything ever.And it doesn't
intefere with highlight text either.
