Thanks Joe, I have seen your posts to that effect before, but I occasionally see posts that seem to hint at a v1.8 devel thread. Guess I was misinterpreting those posts. Sorry about the unnecessary traffic.

As has been stated here several times before, the development branch is NOT presently suitable for general use. In due course there will probably be a v1.8.1 release with minor bug fixes and perhaps some minor enhancements. On a somewhat longer time scale, you may expect v1.8.2 (or possibly v1.9) to be released, with many more feature additions. How long is "somewhat longer"? We can't tell you that. In general we work as fast as our available time allows. For now, you should be using Version 1.8.0. -- 73, Joe, K1JT ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ wsjt-devel mailing list wsjt-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/wsjt-devel ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ wsjt-devel mailing list wsjt-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/wsjt-devel
